Try to avoid alcoholic beverages, fried foods, & smoking for 3 days. These are just a few things that contribute to glycation (aging process). During & immediately following your facial, your skin is undergoing cellular processes to regenerate and repair. Glycation counteracts these processes. Not cool, right?
